Telstra Business Awards Finalist 2019

Punching above our weight

Telstra Business Awards

We’re really proud to be selected as a finalist in the Telstra Awards WA Small and Succeeding category.

Alex Apostolou, Meercat Founder and CEO, said “This gives our customers the comfort that their risk and assurance software supplier is managing its own risks. It’s normal that large companies question whether a small company can truly meet their needs, but Telstra’s rigorous assessment of our operations, social responsibility and financials provides the market with the assurance that we are managing our business for their long term success, and we’ve very proud of that recognition.”

“The Telstra Business Awards have massive credibility and status. Being in the last 6 from over 10,000 entrants is a solid confirmation that our execution is aligning with our vision to be the risk and assurance automation provider to the world’s best run companies.”

“Just embarking on this journey opened so many opportunities to improve our customer focus and value delivery. Whether we go any further in the awards is really not that important, but continuing to focus our energies will drive us to increasing levels of maturity, and that directly benefits our customers,” he said.

State winners will be announced at celebratory dinners in states and territories around the country from the 5th September until the 24th October. We’ll keep you posted.

To all our valued customers, partners, employees and supporters: thanks for making this possible!
