Rox Dawson, Customer Experience ManagerIt has been a great experience, joining the team at Meercat, and I am excited about delivering the many promises made about our RiskView product and support services.

We are putting the final pieces together for our major upgrade to Release 8, that we call internally “Tuxedo”. Due for release shortly, it makes the application easy for us to maintain, fixes some calculation discrepancies and improves performance.

Improved maintainability allows us to add the critical functionality requested by our clients such as integration capabilities (APIs), improved reporting and Business Intelligence (BI). It also enables us to update our architecture to take greater advantage of cloud technologies, further enhancing RiskView as a powerful Risk and Control Assurance platform.

Over the next six months we will also take the opportunity to improve the useability of our mobile app and give our front end a makeover, further simplifying and standardising how you, our customers, interact with the platform.

Lastly, we have also been busy developing our support and customer interaction processes to ensure we better meet your needs. Initiatives like our Product Advisory Board, Meercat RiskView Gang-Ups and the merging of our Development and Support teams into the Customer Experience Team ensure that what we develop is aligned with what you need.
