A Word from Alex | May

I am excited to announce four initiatives that will strengthen the way we define, prioritise, communicate and support our evolving customer needs through the on-going development of Meercat RiskView.

  1. The formation of a Meercat RiskView Product Advisory Board (PAB). This board will include key representatives from 8 to 10 current customers who will work with our Development Team to suggest, review and prioritise enhancement and feature requests so that Meercat RiskView evolves in line with customer needs. If you would like to be involved, please let us know.
  2. Organising and facilitating bi-annual Meercat RiskView Gang*-Ups–one on the east coast, one on the west–to provide a forum for customers to share learnings, present overviews of their related activities, review new features prior to release, network, and attend micro training sessions. If you would like to attend, please let us know.
  3. Communicating our Product Roadmap so that, in concert with our PAB and Gang-Ups, customers can participate in defining, voting, selecting and prioritising feature requests to guide product evolution as well as better anticipate and plan for up-coming releases.
  4. Presenting Webinars on new features and enhancements prior to release so as to provide a forum for understanding new features, what they are designed to achieve, how they work, and how they can be included in existing processes. Our Master Bowtie Webinar is the series. If you would like a future Webinar to focus on a specific topic, please let us know.

These initiatives will be rolled out incrementally over the next 6 months and will be driven by Kaitlin Black, our Customer Engagement Manager.

I look forward to meeting and working with you all on-line and off as these processes become established to better support the single most important source of brilliant product ideas we have: you.

NOTE: A Gang is the name for a collection of Meerkats.
